Regional Academic & Professional Training Institute (RAAPTI) “Transforming Left-outs into Stand-outs” Founded in 1999 by a Kashmiri Pandit migrant near Gurdaspur, just under 5 km from the Pakistan border, RAAPTI began with a vision: to restore what displacement could not take away — faith and education. With my mother’s savings of ₹40,000, I opened our first B.Ed College, setting in motion a journey of growth, commitment, and service.
